Oyster mushroom

The oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) initially originates in Southeast Asia.  In Germany, the mushroom is cultivated in special breeding halls with high quality standards. In addition to its usage as an edible mushroom, it also has a place in natural medicine because of its effective ingredients. As part of a micronutrient therapy, it is mainly used to treat intestinal problems. Oyster mushrooms contain a high proportion of dietary fiber, and the mushroom is particularly rich in Beta-Glucans. These dietary fibers, which are functional for the intestines, belong to the group of high-molecular β-D-glucose polysaccharides. Beta-Glucans are non-digestible fibers used in natural medicine to promote the growth of beneficial intestinal bacteria.

Bamboo Shoot Extract

Bamboo shoots are obtained from the edible part of the bamboo plant. In traditional Chinese medicine, sprouts have been an integral part of therapy for thousands of years. In addition to silicon, potassium and selenium, the extract also contains essential amino acids, fiber and oligosaccharides. The high-quality extract can aid the digestive process by stimulating the absorption of nutrients in the gastrointestinal tract.
