FibrePure by NatuGena – A carefully balanced blend of soluble and insoluble fibres combined with valuable plant-based phytonutrients from green tea, turmeric, and quercetin. Rounded off with calcium and zinc, this vegan powder provides comprehensive digestive support for 30 days.
- Gentle fibre sources: Acacia fibre, inulin, and FOS deliver plant-based fibres with high digestive tolerance
- Guar gum – a traditional fibre: Derived from the seeds of the guar plant, long used in India and Pakistan
- Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS): carbohydrates that serve exclusively as food for gut bacteria
- Acacia fibre: Harvested from African acacia trees, with over 80% soluble fibre content
- Plant-based polyphenols: With turmeric, quercetin from the Japanese pagoda tree, and green tea – botanicals with a long tradition of use
- Produced in Germany: Exceptional purity and bioavailability for optimal nutrient uptake

FibrePure contains fibres that are slowly fermented in the gut, ideal for those with sensitive digestion. This delayed breakdown helps reduce bloating and discomfort, making the formulation particularly gentle and well tolerated.
How do fibres support gut health?
A healthy gut flora depends on having enough good bacteria, and those bacteria need the right kind of nourishment. Fibre is their primary food source. However, not all fibres are tolerated equally well. Many standard products can lead to gas, bloating or diarrhoea.
FibrePure offers a blend of well-tolerated fibres such as guar gum, FOS, and acacia fibre. These are not digested by the body, but serve as fuel for beneficial gut bacteria. Their fermentation produces metabolic by-products that help maintain a balanced gut microbiome.

Why combine soluble and insoluble fibres?
FibrePure combines soluble and insoluble fibres. Soluble components like inulin and dextrin absorb water and are metabolised by the gut microbiota. Insoluble fibres support daily fibre intake and naturally complement a balanced diet. Guar gum is rich in water-binding mucilage and has been used for centuries in traditional diets.
FOS are carbohydrates that specifically feed beneficial bacteria, while bypassing digestion. Acacia fibre is extracted from the sap of African acacia trees and is over 80% soluble, making it exceptionally gut-friendly. Inulin is sourced from chicory root. Resistant dextrin, a highly digestible soluble fibre from corn, is slowly fermented and remains gentle even in larger quantities.
What do calcium and zinc do for digestion?
Calcium contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes. Zinc plays a key role in the metabolism of fats, carbohydrates and other macronutrients. The formula is further enriched with phytonutrients from turmeric, quercetin and green tea extract.

Enzymes: Small helpers with a big impact on digestion and metabolism
Our body is a marvel—but it cannot do everything on its own. It needs support for numerous processes: this is where enzymes come into play. These natural biocatalysts are involved in almost all metabolic processes—from digestion to energy production.
Read moreWhy the intestine is more than just a digestive organ
The gut is much more than “just” a digestive organ—it is central to our physical, emotional, and mental health. About 80% of our immune system is located in the gut, where neurotransmitters such as serotonin are produced, and it communicates directly with our brain via the nervous system. At the same time, the gut is extremely sensitive to stress, emotional strain, and environmental toxins. A holistic view of the gut therefore means that we do not consider it in isolation, but in connection with our lifestyle, our diet, our emotions, and our own unique history.

Natural medical device: PANACEO MED DARM-REPAIR is a natural medical device that supports the regeneration of the gastrointestinal lining and also binds harmful substances (lead, cadmium, arsenic, chromium, nickel and ammonium) in the gastrointestinal tract.
A weakened intestinal barrier can manifest itself through various symptoms. These often include bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea or constipation, as can also occur with irritable bowel syndrome.
PANACEO MED DARM-REPAIR supports the stabilization of the intestinal environment, binds harmful substances in the intestines and can thereby help alleviate these symptoms. At the same time, it supports the regeneration of the intestinal mucosa, helping to establish the basis for a stable digestive system.
It is scientifically recognized that various types of stress, particularly recurring stress (physical and psychological stress, illnesses and drug therapies), can impair the integrity of the intestinal wall (leaky gut). Possible accompanying symptoms of leaky gut include gastrointestinal complaints, elevated liver values, weakened immune function or exhaustion. Please consult your doctor or pharmacist for further information.
- BactoGena Liquid Plus additionally contains 20 organically grown herbs – just like the former MikroVeda LIFE – and is therefore its direct successor. The selected herbs give the ferment its distinctive spicy, herbal and pleasantly bitter taste.
- BactoGena Liquid Pur instead contains medicinal mushrooms such as Cordyceps, Reishi and Hericium. As a result, the taste is milder, slightly yeasty and subtly reminiscent of apple cider vinegar. It is an alternative product variant.

Dosage
In general, the recommended intake stated on the packaging applies to adults. Since children’s nutrient requirements vary depending on age, body weight, diet, and individual circumstances, the use and dosage of our products should be discussed with the treating pediatrician in advance. Please note that not all ingredients and products are suitable for children. Suitability should therefore always be professionally assessed on an individual basis.
Many capsules can generally be opened and their contents mixed into food or a drink, such as (coconut) yogurt, applesauce, or mashed potatoes. However, this should not be used as a basis for independently determining the dosage for children.
For drops as well, the amount and frequency of intake for children should be determined individually based on tolerance and need, in consultation with a healthcare professional.
We work with the independent laboratory AgroLab, which we commission to perform microbiological and heavy metal tests.
In our microbiological testing, we measure the aerobic mesophilic plate count (total plate count), as well as the levels of Escherichia coli (E. coli), yeasts, Salmonella, molds, and staphylococci.
For heavy metals, we test for arsenic, lead, cadmium, and mercury in accordance with the limit values specified in Regulation (EU) 2023/915.
The optimal duration of use depends on the specific nutrient, your initial situation, diet, and individual requirements.
There is therefore no one-size-fits-all recommendation for how long a product should be taken. For products intended to support nutrient intake over a longer period, use over several weeks to months may be appropriate. In many cases, a period of around three months may be suitable before nutrient status and further requirements are reassessed.
In the case of diagnosed deficiencies, medical conditions, or the use of medication, the use of supplements should be individually discussed with a doctor or qualified healthcare professional.
The optimal time to take a supplement depends on the specific nutrient, individual tolerance, and the composition of the product. However, some ingredients can be particularly well suited to certain times of day or meals.
In the morning
Stimulating ingredients are often preferably taken in the morning or during the first half of the day. These include, for example:
- Coenzyme Q10
- Green tea extract
- Certain B vitamins
Especially for sensitive individuals, it may be advisable to avoid taking stimulating ingredients immediately before bedtime.
Throughout the day
For some nutrients, it may be beneficial to divide the daily amount into several doses.
Water-soluble vitamins such as B vitamins and vitamin C can be taken throughout the day.
Magnesium can also be divided into several doses rather than taking the entire daily amount at once. This may improve tolerance, particularly with higher amounts.
In the evening
Depending on the type of magnesium compound, taking it in the evening may be beneficial. Magnesium glycinate, for example, is often preferably taken in the evening.
In general, however, the best time to take a product also depends on when it is individually best tolerated and can be reliably incorporated into your daily routine.
With a meal
Some nutrients benefit from being taken together with a meal.
Fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K can be taken together and ideally with a meal containing some fat.
Omega-3 fatty acids should also be taken regularly with a meal. Omega-3 oils can be combined well with fat-soluble vitamins.
Many plant-based ingredients can also be taken as part of a meal or together with omega-3 products. However, the optimal timing depends on the specific plant compound and product formulation.
Zinc can cause nausea or stomach discomfort on an empty stomach in some people. If you have a sensitive stomach, it is therefore advisable to take zinc with a meal.
Between meals
Iron is often taken separately from meals, as various foods and beverages can affect its absorption. It is particularly advisable to leave a gap between iron and:
- Coffee and tea
- Caffeinated beverages
- Milk and dairy products
- Calcium- or mineral-rich supplements
However, if you have a sensitive stomach, iron can also be taken with a meal. In this case, individual tolerance is more important than a theoretically optimal intake situation.
Enzyme supplements vary depending on their intended use: digestive enzymes are generally taken with meals. Products that are specifically intended to be taken between meals may, for example, be taken around 30 minutes before a meal. The product's specific recommended intake should always be followed.
Around exercise
Proteins and amino acids can be taken both before and after training.
If you exercise on an empty stomach, taking them around 30 minutes before training may be beneficial. If you have already eaten a protein-rich meal, you can also plan your protein intake for after training.
In general, ensuring sufficient protein intake throughout the entire day is more important than adhering to a narrow time window around your workout.
