Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated differently depending on the country or country group. We ship our packages with DHL. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or on public holidays in Ingolstadt.

Germany

The prices quoted for Germany are gross prices.

Standard Shipping (DHL Paket)

Standard shipping to Germany costs a flat rate of €4.90. Shipping is free for orders over €50.00 after any applicable discounts have been deducted.

Express Shipping (DHL Express)

Express shipping is an additional service subject to a fee and we only offer it in Germany. Express shipping can only be processed if all items to be delivered are in stock. When placing an order, please be sure to provide a telephone number where you can be reached during the day!

Express shipping can only be guaranteed for orders received during our business hours by 11 a.m. (Monday to Thursday).

From Monday to Thursday (excluding Catholic Bavarian public holidays), you can choose between delivery by 6 p.m. the next day for €15.00 or delivery by 12 noon the next day for €25.00 (Tuesday to Friday, excluding public holidays). We cannot guarantee Saturday deliveries.

This service is not available for island deliveries.

Pick-up

Pick-up is possible on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m., but please give 48 hours' notice.

Specifically, this means that if you place an order between Wednesday and Sunday, you can pick up your package on the following Tuesday. If you place an order on Monday or Tuesday, you can pick up your package on Thursday.

Please note that we have an online shop and cannot offer a cash register or card system. Unfortunately, you cannot pay in cash or by card on site. However, you are welcome to pay by bank transfer (purchase on account). Goods that have not been picked up after five working days will be automatically shipped to you. Shipping costs will be calculated according to the country and value of the goods.

Austria

The prices quoted for Austria are gross prices. We ship with DHL Parcel.

Standard shipping to Austria costs a flat rate of €12.00. Shipping is free for orders over €50.00.

Switzerland & Liechtenstein

The prices quoted for Switzerland and Liechtenstein are net prices. We ship with DHL Express, duty paid and taxed, i.e. including import duties and taxes and without additional costs for the recipient upon import.

Shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein costs a flat rate of €15.00. Shipping is free for orders over €200.00.

For orders over €1,000 or weighing over 1,000 kg, the shipment must be registered with customs. This typically results in a delay of one to two working days in the shipping date.

Other countries

Shipping to other countries is graded according to country groups and weight of the goods. Net prices are listed below for these countries. Within the European Customs Union, German VAT is also levied (7% or 19%, proportionate to the tax group of the purchased items). See also the section on customs below.

We ship with DHL Parcel. Please contact us for detailed information if required.

If you require express shipping for these countries, please ask us directly. We will then check the options. For some of these countries, you will see the prices for express shipping during the ordering process, depending on the weight of the order.

The following applies to shipping to third countries: For orders with a value of €1,000 or more or a weight of 1,000 kg or more, the shipment must be registered with customs. This typically results in a delay of one to two working days in the shipping date.

Shipping to other countries is possible in principle, but is arranged on an individual basis. Please contact us for more information!

Customs and Taxation

For deliveries to countries outside the European Customs Union, invoices are issued without VAT. Important: You may incur additional costs due to import duties or import sales tax.

For deliveries to countries within the European Union, invoices are issued with German VAT. If you provide us with a valid VAT ID number as a company (within the EU, outside Germany), invoices will be issued without VAT upon request.
