Cancel Contract

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product. For the terms and conditionsregarding your right of cancellation, please refer to our GTC. Please note that certain items may be excluded from the right of cancellation in accordance with legal regulations (e.g., individually manufactured products).

You are welcome to let us know how we can improve our service. This is, of course, voluntary and has no impact on the processing of your cancellation.
