What roles do vitamin C, folate and vitamin B12 play in this formula?


The formula includes acerola extract, a natural source of vitamin C, which supports normal immune function and helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Folate, provided as the highly bioavailable branded ingredient Quatrefolic®, contributes to normal blood formation, psychological function, and cell division. Together with vitamin B12 (in the active forms hydroxycobalamin and methylcobalamin), it supports normal immune function and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Recommended intake

Take 4 capsules once daily. For best results, take them at least 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after a meal with 250 ml of still water or, if preferred, with the juice of half a freshly squeezed lemon.
