Our Jobs
It all starts with Alex – our founder. He registers the brand NatuGena with a notary. The company? It starts out at home – like all successful companies, naturally beginning in the garage. The vision: dietary supplements of the highest quality.
In the summer of 2018, NatuGena moved into its first real office in Munich – a total of 15 square meters of office space and 10 square meters of storage. Orders are packed in-house and, of course, taken to the post office in person.
Little by little, the online store, brochures, and labels are being developed or improved – by Basti, NatuGena’s first employee. Alex handles the rest – sales, accounting, and product development. They both work together on purchasing, customer service, and shipping.
We're making progress! Moving to Ingolstadt. New office with storage space – a whopping 50 square meters. Our product range is expanding from seven to 20 products. The team is growing, but the atmosphere remains friendly and close-knit.
We’re moving again – this time to a 250-square-meter space. New colleagues are joining us, and our product range continues to grow from 20 to 35 items. And the team is becoming a close-knit group united by a shared vision.
And we’re moving again this year. More space for more employees, more storage space, and even more ideas.
A milestone: We are moving into our new warehouse, which spans 1,400 square meters. Our processes are becoming more professional, our structures clearer – and our product range even more diverse.
The warehouse is expanding beyond its current capacity and moving to a new location in Großmehring, with a focus on environmental sustainability and the DGNB Gold Standard. The facility spans nearly 3,000 square meters, including approximately 2,700 square meters of high-rack storage and order picking space.
A deliberate move: As of January 1, 2026, Gunnar Lindberg has joined the management team as the second managing director. With a clear focus on organizational development, he is creating structures that will enable sustainable growth – driven by a shared vision.
Today, the NatuGena team consists of around 90 dedicated individuals, the product range includes more than 300 products, and over 19,000 therapists worldwide use NatuGena products, with shipments sent to 50 countries. And the journey is far from over.
We support athletes and other projects with dedication and passion – both across Germany and in our region of Ingolstadt. For us, it’s not just about success, but also about the journey to get there.
