Products available on subscription

You can order all individual dietary supplement products from the NatuGena brand group (NatuGena, yourEPI and neurofelixir) at a discounted price via a subscription. Products from other brands or product groups are excluded from the discount. The discount applies only to individual products, not to value packs, other set offers or promotional offers.

Pre-orderable products can be subscribed to in advance. They will be dispatched as soon as they are available.

Delivery dates, quantities and discounts

You will receive a 20% discount on the list price for the products you have subscribed to. There is no further volume discount.

Delivery takes place either on the 1st or 15th of the month, or on the next working day thereafter. We will send you the products you have selected every three months from the start date. Products that are temporarily out of stock will be delivered as soon as possible.

The minimum order quantity per product and delivery is three packs (tins/bottles/boxes). You are welcome to order more under the same terms. You may also change the quantity for the next delivery, provided that the minimum order quantity is not undercut. The notice period for making such a change is at least three working days before the next scheduled delivery.

Duration, minimum term and cancellation

The minimum term for the subscription is six months (two deliveries). After this, it is automatically renewed for at least three months.

Both parties have the right to cancel the subscription without giving a reason. If you wish to cancel the subscription, written notice of cancellation must be given 14 days before the next scheduled dispatch date.

If the subscribed item is no longer available, NatuGena will inform you and offer possible alternatives. In this case, you have the right to continue the subscription with one of the alternatives without restarting the minimum term, or to terminate the subscription early.
