Bitter melon

The bitter melon (Momordica charantia) is a climbing plant. This type of melon is also known as bitter gourd or balsam pear and has its origins in China and India. Bitter melon has been scientifically tested for its effects on diabetes and blood sugar for many decades. The plant components contain among others, calcium, carotene, vitamins A and E as well as a high proportion of proteins and carbohydrates. Effective ingredients can be isolated from the fruit parts of the bitter melon. MAP 30 and RIPs are pharmacologically researched proteins. Charantin in a potent 1:1 ratio, p-insulin and immunomodulatory glycoproteins.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon is one of the oldest spices in the world and was already mentioned in chinese writings about 2500 years BC. The inner cinnamon bark is responsible for its famous aroma and was brought from Asia to Europe almost 2000 years BC. The trees of this aromatic bark belong to the genus Cinnamomum. Cinnamon is known to be used as a popular spice, but also has a considerable naturopathic tradition as a remedy. With regard to natural support against blood sugar diseases, the polyphenol methylhydroxy-chalcone polymer (MHCP) contained in cinnamon in particular is being intensively studied scientifically. Research specifically examines the mode of action of MHCP with respect to serum glucose levels, effects on insulin receptors, and triglyceride levels.

Consumption recommendation

5 capsules once a day. Consumption at least 15 minutes after a meal with 250 ml lukewarm non-carbonated water or optionally with a teaspoon of NORSAN oil to increase bioavailability is optimal
