Alkaline Full Bath

For an alkaline full bath, you need approx. 2 level measuring spoons of BasenBad. We recommend a bathing temperature of 37–38 °C and a duration of at least 30 minutes. For a children’s full bath of approx. 20 litres, we recommend half a measuring spoon.

Alkaline Foot Bath

For a foot bath, you need approx. 1/2 measuring spoon of BasenBad. We recommend a bathing temperature of 38–41 °C and a duration of at least 30 minutes. Enjoy your bath with entertainment, snacks and drinks – due to the long bathing time, make sure to drink enough!

Alkaline Hand Bath

For a hand bath, add 1/4 measuring spoon of BasenBad to a bowl of water.

Special Recommendation for Complete Relaxation with All the Senses

We recommend adding 10–15 drops of essential oils and rose petals to the bath water. This allows you to pamper your senses while your muscles relax.

Tip: Many people find bathing in the evening particularly pleasant. After the bath, the skin may feel soft and smooth. Many skincare products have a pH value of around 5.5, which corresponds to the skin’s natural acid mantle. After an alkaline bath, some users consciously choose to refrain from applying additional products and leave the skin untouched in order to preserve the pleasantly smooth feeling.

Tip for Neutralizing Body Odors

Try BasenBad as a natural alkaline deodorant. To do so, mix a pinch of BasenBad with a little water in the palm of your hand. Apply this alkaline solution to the armpits after washing them with soap and allow it to dry.
