Which strain combination is included?

 

BactoGena LongVit contains a targeted combination of five selected key microbial strains: Bifidobacterium adolescentis, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus, as well as the specialised yeast Saccharomyces boulardii. This yeast differs fundamentally from bacteria and complements the formulation in a unique way. The combination brings together different microbial cultures and provides a versatile composition.

How can BactoGena LongVit be combined?

As the formulation does not include added vitamins or minerals, BactoGena LongVit can be flexibly combined with vitamin and mineral supplements. Depending on individual needs, additional dietary fibre may also be a useful addition.
 

Recommended intake

1–2 capsules once a day. For best results, take at least 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water.
