Where does the nasturtium come from – and what makes it special?

Nasturtium originates from South and Central America. Indigenous peoples of South America used it for centuries due to its valuable properties; today it is appreciated for its characteristic leaves and flowers. With its spicy‑pungent aroma it is also used in cuisine. Nasturtium contains a variety of valuable ingredients including mustard oils, vitamin C, minerals, carotenoids and flavonoids.

What’s inside the horseradish root?

Horseradish, botanically Armoracia rusticana, is a root plant native to Central Europe. Its intense savoury flavour makes it a popular ingredient in traditional dishes while the root contains naturally occurring glucosinolates.

What role does the vitamin C from rose hip play?

The formula is rounded out by rose hip extract delivering 80 mg naturally contained vitamin C per daily dose. It contributes to the normal function of the immune system, supports normal collagen formation and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Recommended Use

Take 4 capsules once daily, or 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules at lunchtime. For best results, take at least 15 minutes before or after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water.
