Vitamin B6 plays a role in energy metabolism, the nervous system and even the synthesis of neurotransmitters that influence mood. It contributes to normal cysteine synthesis and supports homocysteine, protein, and glycogen metabolism. Additionally, vitamin B6 supports normal immune function and contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Not all forms of vitamin B6 are directly available to the body. NatuGena Vitamin B6 contains pyridoxal-5-phosphate, the already activated form. This means the body can utilise it immediately without the need for prior conversion.
 

Recommended intake

1 capsule once a day. For best results, take at least 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or, alternatively, with the juice of half a freshly squeezed lemon.
