Magnesia 7+1

Magnesia 7 is an optimally balanced magnesium and vitamin D complex with seven different magnesium compounds (magnesium citrate, magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium malate, magnesium lactate, magnesium gluconate, magnesium carbonate, magnesium phosphate). The different magnesium compounds of organic and inorganic origin ensure a good magnesium supply - regardless of the pH-value situation prevailing in the gastrointestinal tract.

Current literature shows that vitamin D is largely responsible for the transport of magnesium and calcium from the intestinal lumen into the blood.
