NatuGena Selenium 200 combines three ingredients: 200 μg of selenium per capsule, plus a meaningful addition of the amino acids L-cysteine and taurine. In the diet, taurine is mainly present in seafood and meat. L-cysteine is a sulphur-containing amino acid commonly found in nature and serves as a building block for proteins. It is also a key precursor for the synthesis of glutathione.  

Recommended Use

Take 1 capsule once daily. For best results, take at least 30 minutes before a meal or 90 minutes after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water.
