Molybdenum is a little-known trace element which is involved in the natural metabolism of sulphur-containing amino acids in the human organism. Since molybdenum cannot be produced by the body itself, it is one of the essential trace elements that must be regularly supplied through the diet.

Molybdenum should be taken between meals (60 min. before) because other micronutrients and food components can interfere with resorption.
