Nutrabiol® T70 is derived from plant-based sources such as soybeans and sunflowers and delivers a high concentration of natural tocopherols. It provides a patented combination of tocotrienols and tocopherols obtained from sustainably sourced palm oil.

Why is vitamin E so diverse?

Vitamin E is a collective term for eight different naturally occurring fat-soluble compounds. It is found primarily in plant oils, nuts and seeds. Alpha-tocopherol is considered the most biologically significant form of vitamin E for the human body.

Recommended intake

1 capsule once a day. It is best to take this with a high-fat meal, with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or, alternatively, with a teaspoon of omega-3 oil to increase bioavailability.
