Curcumin is the main component of turmeric, the well-known natural seasoning, medicinal and coloring agent. Our Curcumin C3 has been specially prepared to improve absorption.

Resveratrol, which is known from red wine*, is a strong antioxidant and has proven its worth for a balanced hormone balance.

The plant substance sulforaphane from cruciferous vegetables is even known to positively support estrogen-related metabolic changes.

Epigenetic mechanisms of EGCG, an extract from green tea, appear to have a balancing effect on the endocrine system. In addition, it shows protective properties against oxidative stress.

Ellagic acid from berries counts as an antioxidant. It also has strong anti-estrogen properties.

* But please don't drink more red wine because of this! The volume required for a comparable amount of resveratrol cannot be supplied.

Recommended dosage

One capsule 2 times daily. Optimal consumption is at least 15 minutes before a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water.

According to REGULATION (EU) 2022/2340 recommended intake (differs from the label): One capsule 2 times a day. Optimal consumption is with a high-fat meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or optionally with a teaspoon of omega-3 oil to increase bioavailability.
