Mumijo (Shilajit)

Mumijo is a precious and rare raw material from the high Himalayan mountains. Its usually unmistakable black-brown, resin-like, tough structure with a smoky aroma often gives it the name "black gold of the mountains" in natural medicine. Although its origin is still a mystery, its importance in naturopathy is all the more known. Its extensive range of uses extends first to the gastrointestinal tract, the immune system, bones, fertility and the brain.
