The product NatuGena Selenium 200 combines three ingredients: 200 µg of selenium per capsule, with the addition of the amino acids L-cysteine and taurine being particularly noteworthy. Amino acids play an important role in the production of these hormones, as they provide the necessary building blocks to enable their synthesis. Each capsule contains 200 μg of selenium, 130 mg of taurine, and 100 mg of L-cysteine.
