Redeem vouchers

How to redeem your coupon or discount code in the checkout process:

1. You compose your order and put the desired items in the shopping cart.
2. In the shopping cart go to “Checkout”.
3. Log in or register as a new customer.
4. On the page “Order overview” enter the code and click on “Redeem”.
5. In the order overview you will then see the voucher value and the reduced amount.
6. Send your order by clicking on “Buy now” – done.

Voucher conditions

Please note that individual conditions may apply to each voucher or discount code. These can be found in the voucher conditions directly on the voucher. These are the following points:

Validity of a voucher

If a validity date is indicated, the voucher is valid once until the date indicated on the voucher.

Restriction to certain article groups or assortments

Vouchers may only apply to certain item groups or exclude certain item groups. Vouchers are generally not valid for books, as these are subject to fixed book prices.

Minimum order value

Unless otherwise stated, no minimum order value applies. A redemption for orders that fall below the voucher value is not possible. A cash payment is not possible. You can redeem a maximum of one voucher per order.

New customer discount

If you have a new customer discount code, you can redeem it once. No further new customer discount can then be used for further orders, regardless of the code. The minimum order value for the redemption of new customer discount vouchers with predetermined amount is at least the value of the voucher, but can also be higher.

General voucher conditions

• The redemption is only possible when shopping directly at NatuGena. To do this, you must have a customer account with us and enter the coupon code when ordering. For new customers, a customer account will be created when ordering. Our vouchers are not valid with other sellers and vice versa.
• Each voucher can be used only once.
• No coupons or discounts can be applied to shipping charges, books and gift certificates. Exception: gift certificates.
• The payout is not possible.
• Subsequent redemption for orders already shipped is not possible.
• The forwarding of free items is not possible.
• The commercial or trade resale of vouchers is prohibited unless explicitly permitted in writing by the seller.
• If a voucher violates the above conditions, e.g. if an attempt is made to redeem a second new customer discount, NatuGena is free to delete this voucher from the order and declare it invalid.
• In the case of a complete return, the voucher value is forfeited. In the case of a partial return, the voucher value will only be credited if the minimum order value is reached for the retained items. Otherwise, the voucher can not be credited.
• The voucher is not valid in conjunction with other discounts and vouchers. In case of loss or theft of the voucher, no refund can be made by NatuGena GmbH. Claims for partial or full replacement of a voucher do not exist.
• If an order was free of shipping costs before a voucher was redeemed, but the voucher causes it to fall below the free shipping limit, shipping costs will be charged. For more information on shipping costs, please visit the corresponding page.
• If a discount promotion (e.g. sale for assortment adjustment, or introductory discount) is valid without a coupon code, it can be combined with a coupon, unless otherwise stated.

Discount vouchers

Discount vouchers grant a respective percentage discount. They do not generate any credit for the customer.

Vouchers

Value vouchers grant an absolute discount stated in each case as a euro amount. They do not generate any credit for the customer.

Gift cards

NatuGena can offer gift cards for purchase at its own choice. The customer receives against payment a voucher code with a predetermined value, which can be redeemed once. When used, the amount will be added to the total of the order and deducted from the amount then remaining to be paid. If the gift card is not fully redeemed on an order, the remaining value can be redeemed on a future order. A gift card's voucher number will not be loaded with credit until invoicing or payment is made. A gift card may have a limited validity, which, if applicable, is at least two years from the date of order.

Gift cards may differ from the above conditions. They differ as follows:

• Gift cards can be applied to books and shipping costs.
• Gift cards can be credited for returns.
• Gift cards can be used together with other vouchers. This is not possible in the online store. Please contact our customer service.
