NeuroBalance contains valuable plant extracts as well as the B vitamins B1, B3, B5, B6 and B12. Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) contributes to normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters and can thus also serve to support the brain.
Highlights of the formula are pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ) and uridine monophosphate (UMP).
The newly discovered vitamin PQQ functions as a non-covalently bound coenzyme. Many studies suggest that PQQ activates nuclear receptors that are needed in the production of energy in the mitochondria.
On the other hand, the other ingredient UMP plays a crucial role. It belongs to the group of nucleotides, which are a basic building block of DNA and RNA. As such, UMP is found in all plant and animal foods. Uridine monophosphate can cross the blood-brain barrier and thus contribute to the production of new neuronal synapses.
The contained rose root (Rhodiola Rosea) belongs to the group of adaptogens, this group of substances helps the body to stay in balance during stressful phases.
The formula is supplemented with plant extracts from ginkgo, artichoke, brown alga. Rose root and harpweed. The amino acids L-carnitine, L-phenylalanine, L-theanine, L-tyrosine and taurine provide a supporting functional protein profile.
The predecessor article of NeuroBalance was NeuroOptima Pro.
