HistaBakt is a specially developed bacterial mixture for people who suffer from histamine intolerance or histamine intolerance. The cultures of six lactic acid-forming bacteria strains contained in HistaBakt behave in a histamine-neutral way, so the product can be used as part of a histamine-free diet. Particularly noteworthy is that the strains Bifidobacterium longum and Bifidobacterium infantis even have a histamine-lowering effect.

HistaBakt is vegan, free of gluten, lactose, fructose. Due to the encapsulation, the bacteria survive the passage through the stomach and can therefore work very effectively. If taking capsules is not practicable, the capsules can be opened, the product is tasteless and can be dissolved in almost all drinks or milk dishes.
