BCAA (Branched-Chain Amino Acids) consists of an optimal ratio (2:1:1) of the essential, hypoallergenic amino acids in the purest, free and crystalline form of plant origin. As humans are not capable of synthesis of these eight essential amino acids they need to be supplemented through food.
Amino acids are the basic modules of our protein metabolism and play a critical role as neurotransmitters, precursors of neurotransmitters, and hormones (serotonin, melatonin, dopamine, noradrenaline and adrenaline, etc.) The demand for the eight essential amino acids in stages of extreme physical effort, regenerative processes, one-sided diet, limited protein supply, and much more can be very high and therefore requires additional supplementation.
Recommended intake
3 capsules once per day. Optimal intake at least 15 minutes before a meal with 250 ml non-carbonated water.
