However, under certain conditions such as physical stress, intense exercise or poor diet, the body’s demand increases. L-glutamine is mainly found in skeletal muscle and plays an important role in protein metabolism. It also helps supply nitrogen-containing compounds required for various biological functions.

How does biotin help maintain healthy mucous membranes and skin?

The formula is complemented by D-biotin, the bioactive form of vitamin B7. Biotin is a water-soluble B vitamin that contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and mucous membranes. How is L-Glutamine + bioactive biotin used?

The powder can be stirred into food and drinks. Each serving contains 2,000 mg of L-glutamine and 7.5 μg of biotin.

Consumption recommendation

1 measuring spoon once a day. The measuring spoon is included. It is best to take it at least 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water.
