Every person has around 23,000 genes. Genetic variants determine our appearance, behavior and health aspects, such as our eating habits, food intolerances, nutrient intake, how we deal with stress and how well our body neutralizes and eliminates toxins. Our comprehensive yourEPI test offers you the opportunity to explore your genome and gain a deep understanding of your genetic predispositions. You can also make an appointment with our online coaches for individual training.

In this context, epigenetics describes the modifiable part of DNA. This is where mechanisms of gene silencing (methylation) and gene activation (acetylation) come into play. This DNA methylation influences which genes are activated or deactivated, which in turn controls many biological processes, such as cell growth and metabolism.

Our new yourEPI product range has been exclusively developed by Prof. Dr. König and Prof. Dr. Döll to suit you and your individual needs. The product range is divided into different categories based on the yourEPI test: Nutrition, Lifestyle, Hormones, Detoxification and Athletics. More soon here.
