Recommended intake
Mix 2 measuring spoons of powder (approx. 20 g) once a day in a shaker with 250 ml of water. The measuring spoon is included. For optimal results, consume with a high-fat meal or with a teaspoon of omega-3 oil to increase bioavailability.
