OktaAmino is a carefully calibrated formula containing all 8 essential amino acids in their free, crystalline, hypoallergenic form from plant-based sources. These essential amino acids cannot be synthesised by the human body and must be obtained through the diet. They are fundamental to protein metabolism and vital as neurotransmitters and precursors to various hormones such as serotonin, melatonin, dopamine, noradrenaline and adrenaline.

Consumption recommendation
1 to 2 times daily 5 pellets. Optimal consumption is at least 15 minutes before or after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water/tea or optionally with half a freshly squeezed lemon.
Recommended use for non-athletes
5 pressings of OktaAmino per day (or as recommended by a physician or therapist).
Recommended use for athletes
Amateur athletes: 5 to 10 pressings of OktaAmino 30 to 45 minutes before physical exertion, in conjunction with daily requirements of vitamins, minerals, trace elements, fats and phytochemicals.
Professional athletes: 5 to 10 pellets of OktaAmino 30 to 45 minutes before physical activity, in combination with the daily requirement of vitamins, minerals, trace elements, fats and secondary plant substances. In addition, 10 pellets of OktaAmino during the next meal (lunch or dinner).
When taking more than 10 pellets of OktaAmino a day, the dose should be increased gradually. No more than 10 pressings should be taken within 2 hours.
