OrgaMin® Kapseln

OrgaMin contains a comprehensive spectrum of the 13 essential, organically bound minerals and trace elements. Since there is no unfavourable interaction with acidic stomach digestion, good absorption is guaranteed.

Acid-base balance, along with vitamin and mineral balance, is an essential basic requirement for optimal metabolism in the body.  Vegetables, fruits, herbs, sprouts, some nuts (almonds, walnuts, Brazil nuts, macadamia nuts and pistachios) as well as high-quality oil (linseed, olive or rapeseed oil) provide valuable organic minerals, such as potassium, calcium and magnesium, but little sodium. OrgaMin is based on this model. It contains minerals based on organic citrates with little sodium and plenty of magnesium.

Citrates are a natural component of our cells and can be absorbed and metabolised very well by the body. According to the German Nutrition Society acidosis of the body can result from high amounts of "civilisation food" such as proteins, sugar, coffee and white flour and lead to fatigue, lack of energy and digestive problems.
