Why is the vitamin C content so high?

At 3,000 mg per daily serving, the product is designed to support periods of increased need – for example due to stress, intense physical activity or other physiological demands. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and supports collagen formation – important for skin, bones and blood vessels. It also helps protect cells from oxidative stress and contributes to normal energy metabolism.

Recommended intake

1.67 g powder (3/4 measuring spoon/teaspoon; 5 g daily dose corresponds to just under 2 measuring spoons) 3 times daily. For optimal results, consume at least 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water.
