Terms and conditions of participation – ERC Ingolstadt Family & Friends Programme

1. Organiser

The organiser of the programme is:

2. Eligibility

Only natural persons who have personally received a Family & Friends code from an ERC Ingolstadt player are eligible to participate. The code may not be shared outside of a private setting (e.g. on social media, forums, public websites).

3. How the programme works

  • Participants can use the code they receive to register via the exclusive NatuGena landing page.
  • The code is valid for 12 months from the start of the programme.
  • After successful registration, a permanent discount of 20% on the entire NatuGena range (excluding certain products, bundles or promotional items) will be credited to the customer account.
  • The discount only applies to orders placed via the registered customer account and cannot be combined with other discount promotions.
  • After 12 months, the code can no longer be used for new registrations. Customers who are already registered retain the discount permanently.

4. Fair use / misuse

NatuGena reserves the right to withdraw the discount in the event of proven misuse, in particular if:

  • the code is publicly distributed,
  • a large number of accounts are created by the same person,
  • the purpose of the promotion is clearly circumvented.

5. Termination or modification of the programme

NatuGena reserves the right to change or terminate the programme at any time with future effect. For already registered participants, the discount granted remains unaffected by this, unless there is evidence of misuse.

6. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of NatuGena GmbH, to the extent permitted by law.
