What is in the Carnitin & Q10 complex?

The complex combines two premium forms of carnitine: L-carnitine fumarate and N-acetyl-L-carnitine. Both are structurally related to the body's own L-carnitine, predominantly found in the heart and muscle cells. The formula is complemented by coenzyme Q10 and two micronutrients with vital roles in energy metabolism: vitamin C and magnesium.
Coenzyme Q10, also called ubiquinol, is a vitamin-like substance naturally produced by the body and involved in many biological processes. It plays a key role in the mitochondria – the “powerhouses” of the cell – where it supports the production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), essential for energy generation.

What role does vitamin C play in the body?

Vitamin C contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and supports the normal function of the immune system. It also helps protect cells from oxidative stress – a natural process that may increase with physical exertion, stress or environmental influences. Recommended daily intake

3 capsules once per day or alternatively one capsule in the morning, at midday, and in the evening. Best taken 15 minutes before or after a meal with 250 ml of lukewarm water (not carbonated), optionally with half of a freshly squeezed lemon
