Why liposomal?

The liposomal technology in Q10 Ubiquinol is based on a fine oil-in-water emulsion without solid nanoparticles. Ubiquinol is embedded in microscopic droplets that are particularly well absorbed by the mucous membranes. The soy lecithin provides valuable phospholipids that help stabilise the emulsion and optimise Q10 absorption. Through sublingual administration, ubiquinol enters the bloodstream directly, bypassing the digestive system.

Why is the liquid milky?

The milky appearance of the spray is a quality feature of the liposomal formulation. This so-called Tyndall effect is caused by light scattering from the tiny liposomes – similar to what occurs in milk. It indicates that the product is homogeneous and optimally dispersed.

Recommended intake


6 sprays daily throughout the day. The product can be taken independently of meals.

The optimal storage conditions for unopened Q10 Ubiquinol are cool and dark (max. room temperature 17-20°C or in the refrigerator). Once opened, we recommend storing the product in the refrigerator (5-7°C). Shake before each use.
