OktaAmino is a carefully calibrated formula containing all 8 essential amino acids in their free, crystalline, hypoallergenic form from plant-based sources. These essential amino acids cannot be synthesised by the human body and must be obtained through the diet. Recommended use for non-athletes

5 pressings of OktaAmino per day (or as recommended by a physician or therapist).

Recommended use for athletes

Amateur athletes: 5 to 10 pressings of OktaAmino 30 to 45 minutes before physical exertion, in conjunction with daily requirements of vitamins, minerals, trace elements, fats and phytochemicals.

Professional athletes: 5 to 10 pellets of OktaAmino 30 to 45 minutes before physical activity, in combination with the daily requirement of vitamins, minerals, trace elements, fats and secondary plant substances. In addition, 10 pellets of OktaAmino during the next meal (lunch or dinner).

When taking more than 10 pellets of OktaAmino a day, the dose should be increased gradually. No more than 10 pressings should be taken within 2 hours.
