HistaBakt is a specially developed bacterial mixture for people who suffer from histamine intolerance or histamine intolerance. The cultures of six lactic acid-forming bacteria strains contained in HistaBakt behave in a histamine-neutral way, so the product can be used as part of a histamine-free diet. Particularly noteworthy is that the strains Bifidobacterium longum and Bifidobacterium infantis even have a histamine-lowering effect.

HistaBakt is vegan, free of gluten, lactose, fructose. Due to the encapsulation, the bacteria survive the passage through the stomach and can therefore work very effectively. If taking capsules is not practicable, the capsules can be opened, the product is tasteless and can be dissolved in almost all drinks or milk dishes. We recommend taking it in capsule form to increase the effectiveness in the intestine.

1 capsule contains 10 × 10⁹ cfu viable lactic acid bacteria for intestinal regulation in histamine intolerance. With a daily dose of 3 capsules, 30 × 10⁹ cfu viable lactic acid bacteria are therefore absorbed.

In our microbiological testing, we measure the aerobic mesophilic plate count (total plate count), as well as the levels of Escherichia coli (E. coli), yeasts, Salmonella, molds, and staphylococci.

For heavy metals, we test for arsenic, lead, cadmium, and mercury in accordance with the limit values specified in Regulation (EU) 2023/915.
