The MAP complex (Master Amino Acid Pattern) unites eight essential amino acids in a ratio that matches human requirements. These amino acids cannot be produced by the body and must therefore be obtained through food or supplements.

What is the difference between OktaAmino Powder and OktaAmino?

While NatuGena OktaAmino provides the eight essential amino acids in pure, crystalline form, OktaAmino Powder goes a step further. The proven MAP complex is here supplemented with additional amino acids such as L-arginine, L-citrulline, L-carnitine, L-glycine and L-tyrosine. In addition, the formula includes valuable compounds such as creatine monohydrate, D-ribose and curcumin as well as the micronutrients magnesium, zinc and vitamin B6 in bioactive form.

How do the micronutrients support the body?

Magnesium is present in the form of magnesium taurate and contributes to normal muscle function and energy-yielding metabolism. Zinc supports carbohydrate metabolism and helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin B6 in bioactive form also supports energy metabolism.

Consumption recommendation

Prepare 2 measuring spoons of powder (approx. 25 g) once a day in a shaker with 350 ml of water. The measuring spoon is included. It is best to consume at least 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after a meal.
