N-Zymarase® Proteins provides selected enzymes and plant extracts combined with vitamins and minerals. The included plant extracts such as prickly pear, gentian root and anise are known for their characteristic composition. When complemented with Inavea™ acacia fibre, the result is a high-quality enzyme formula with natural components suitable for everyday use.
What role do enzymes like lysozyme and nattokinase play in N-Zymarase® Proteins?
Lysozyme is a naturally occurring enzyme first identified by Alexander Fleming in 1922. It is found in various organisms, including tears, saliva, eggs and milk.
Nattokinase is derived from natto, the traditional Japanese fermented soybean food with a long history.

What makes Inavea™ acacia fibre special?
The organic acacia fibre Inavea™ is sourced from sustainably managed acacia trees in the Sahel region of Africa. It is water-soluble, well tolerated and stable across different pH levels. It is suitable even for sensitive digestive systems. In addition, Inavea™ supports social and environmental projects in the region.

Which traditional plant extracts are included?
Extracts such as anise, gentian root and prickly pear provide valuable secondary plant compounds. Traditionally, they are appreciated for their bitter substances, polyphenols and dietary fibre. Anise extract is derived from the seeds of the anise plant (Pimpinella anisum) and is known for its sweet, spicy flavour. Gentian root is a traditional component of botanical formulations. The plant, recognised for its striking blue flowers, grows mainly in the Alps and other mountainous regions of Europe. Prickly pear extract, obtained from the brightly coloured fruits of Opuntia ficus-indica, is rich in natural vitamins, minerals and dietary fibre. This plant is native to arid and semi-arid regions such as Mexico and the Mediterranean.
How do vitamins and minerals support metabolism?
The capsules also contain important vitamins and minerals. Riboflavin (vitamin B2) and vitamin B6 support energy metabolism and help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 also contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism. Calcium contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes and plays a role in cell division and specialisation. Zinc supports normal carbohydrate metabolism and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
