Recommended intake
One capsule once daily. For optimal results, take at least 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water.
Notice: the previous dosage of the predecessor product Iodine – with 500 µg iodine and 200 µg selenium – can be achieved with 2 capsules daily. Under therapeutic supervision, a high dose of 2 capsules daily may also be appropriate on an individual basis – the pack will then last for 90 days (180 capsules).
